When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.

Yes, we ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I track my order?

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general wear and tear.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

How do your items fit?

Our garments feature a slightly cropped, boxy fit. For a more oversized look, we recommend sizing up.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Once an order is processed, we’re unable to make changes or issue refunds for address errors.
